Shipping & Delivery

All personal details that are collected during the Ordering process will be used ONLY for the purposes of handling your order, this includes:

2. Your Home Address
3. Your Telephone Number
4. Your Email Address

Your details will NEVER be passed on to third parties for any reason. Your details will NEVER be used for marketing purposes unless you specifically sign up for the Made in Grimsby & Cleethorpes Newsletter and agree to receiving marketing.

I aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, however delays may occur during busy periods or when stock issues arise.

All items are delivered by Royal Mail.

Deliveries are only available within the United Kingdom. However, if you would like to order anywhere else around the world, please email kat@madeingrimsby.co.uk for a quote.

Returns & Refunds

We have a No Refunds Policy. 

Exchanges will only be made if the product is faulty or arrives broken, in which case we will require a photo of the fault or breakage. An exchange will always be offered unless a replacement is not available, in which case an alternative will be offered. In the event that neither a direct exchange or an alternative can be offered, a Refund will be given.

Faults and breakages must be reported in writing to kat@madeingrimsby.co.uk within 30 days of delivery. Once 30 days have gone by since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

Please note that Refunds will not include the cost of postage. We will cover the cost of delivery in the event of a fault or breakage, provided evidence is shown.
